    • When you use the App to request or provide ride services;
    • When the App is running in the background to keep driver location updated in real time.
    We use location data only for operational purposes such as matching drivers and passengers based on proximity, displaying accurate pickup and drop-off points, and ensuring safe and efficient trip tracking. Location data is never used for advertising and is not shared with third parties without your consent. We collect location data only with your explicit permission, and you can disable it anytime in your device settings.
  • Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, profile photo, and (for drivers) license or authorization documents where applicable.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
  • Device & Usage Data: Device model, OS version, app version, IP address, log data, and interaction events for security, diagnostics, and service improvement.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies (website): Used to remember preferences and analyze site traffic. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the App and related services;
  • To facilitate real-time ride/dispatch operations and in-app communications;
